In this work the ancient material stone which is a symbol for reliability and stability is cut into thin slices. In this way its characteristic peculiarity – its heaviness – is taken away. Thanks to the new filigree expression a different perception of the material is possible: the stone can be viewed from its inside and thus its natural drawings and textures become visible.
